MOVE Bike Rental Insurance Policy

1. Insurance coverage is valid only if the user purchased it during the booking process and paid the displayed premium in full.
2. The user is responsible for the first INR 10,000 of any damage to the rented MOVE bike.
3. For damages exceeding INR 10,000, the user can claim insurance to cover the excess amount, including lost rental revenue during the bike's downtime.
4. MOVE Bikes reserves the right to inspect the bike before processing any insurance claim, and its assessment will be final.
5. Users who purchased travel insurance at booking are eligible for a INR 2 Lakh life insurance payout in the event of an unfortunate death.
6. In accidents involving a third party, the insured user is covered. The claim amount will be determined based on factors like income, tax filings, and living expenses.
7. MOVE bikes are comprehensively insured. Any remaining balance after insurance payouts and repairs must be paid by the user.
